Application form privacy notice

This notice covers only the demo and pilot application form on bannivo.com.

What data do we collect?

The details you send us through the form: your full name, company, work email, optional phone number, website address, monthly session range and your note. To prevent abuse, your IP address is used temporarily at the time of submission and is not stored.

Why do we process it?

To respond to your application and to schedule a demo call or a pilot setup. This data is not added to marketing lists and is not shared with third parties.

Where and for how long do we store it?

The data is stored on Bannivo's servers in the European Union (the Netherlands); application notifications are delivered to our team through our email service provider. If your application does not turn into a customer relationship, the data is deleted within 12 months at the latest.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights to access your data and to request its correction or deletion by writing to us through the same form.
