About pricing
How does the 30-day pilot work?
A 30-day pilot with every Growth plan feature starts the moment you sign up; no card required. We set things up together, review interim findings on day 14 and walk through your "first 30 days" report on day 30. If you don't subscribe when the pilot ends, data collection stops, the dashboard stays read-only for 30 days, and then your data is deleted.
Why do prices change every 6 months?
Our list prices are based in USD, but you always see and pay in TL. The TL price is fixed for each 6-month period (January 1–June 30, July 1–December 31) and is recalculated at the start of each period using the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (TCMB) rate. We email new prices at least 15 days in advance.
What happens if I go over my limit?
We don't charge overage fees. We email you at 80% and 100% of your limit; tracking continues up to 150%. Beyond that, only new sessions stop being recorded until the end of the month; sessions already in progress and orders are not cut off. The counter resets on the 1st of every month.
How are sessions counted?
A visitor's continuous visit across pages that carry the tracking snippet counts as one session; a new one starts after 30 minutes of inactivity. Bots are not counted. This is close to the GA4 session definition.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setup and onboarding support are included in every plan.
Can I combine annual billing with the founding customer discount?
Discounts don't stack. Annual prepaid billing gets a 20% discount; founding customers who pay annually get only the 40% founding discount. With annual prepaid billing, the TL price stays fixed for 12 months.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Upgrades take effect as soon as they are confirmed, and the difference is added to your next invoice. Downgrades take effect on the 1st of the following month. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period (month or year); all features stay available until then.
How do I pay?
An account statement is issued at the start of each month, due within 10 days; payment is by bank transfer (EFT). The official invoice is sent separately as an e-Archive invoice (e-Arşiv).
